The Kitchen Report: February 16th
Hello Pickleball Family, and welcome to this week’s Kitchen Report!
We had so much going on this week that the video ran a little longer than expected. Translation: I tried to keep it short… but pickleball happened. Stick around until the very end though—it could be quite entertaining. Let’s just say there may be moments you’ll want to replay and possibly deny ever seeing.
A couple of things that didn’t make it into the video:
The Men’s and Women’s Shootout starts this weekend, and we’re still looking for a few brave souls—I mean, players. We need a few more men and 4 more women, so if you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign. Go to the website and sign up. Don’t make me start recruiting people from the parking lot.
Huge shoutout to our Couples Pentathlon winners:
Gary Hoskins and Lori Tooker, and Lillian and Michael Rothenhaus!
You survived the format changes, the surprises, and the occasional “What game are we even playing right now?” confusion—and came out on top. Well done!
Now mark your calendars for March 21st & 22nd, our Annual Charity Tournament here at Trilogy. We’re still looking for volunteers, so if you’d like to help (and earn instant good karma), please reach out to Duane Winchester or myself and we’ll get you signed up. Plus, volunteering guarantees you a front-row seat to all the action without having to chase any balls. Win-win.
Alright, now onto the good stuff. Grab yourself a cup of coffee, a bagel, maybe stretch a little so you don’t pull something while laughing… and enjoy the video!
